The Spartan Edge Accelertor board is a great board as it not only has a Xilinx Spartan 7 FPGA but also an Espressif ESP32 chip for WiFi connectivity.

And as this board has a Mini HDMI connector, why not use this board for a nice Home Assistant dashboard display where it gets all the data via WiFi, writes just the bare values into the FPGA and the FPGA does all the rendering?
